Julie Chen Moonves hosted the popular summer reality show Big Brother which returned to CBS for its 22nd Season on August 5. Chen Moonves had been the first of The Talk's hosts. She was moderating and hosting the talk show between 2010 and the year 2018. The real love of her life was writing and she received an Emmy. The fact that she hosted an amazing entertainment talk show won her a second Emmy. She co-hosted the CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 until 2010. Prior to this, Chen Moonves was the CBS Morning News' anchor, and also the anchor for news for The Early Show. In the wake of 9/11 Chen Moonves uncovered the father and leader hijacker to give an exclusive interview. Chen Moonves also reported for the Emmy-winning CBS Sunday Morning news show that profiles celebrities such as Paula Abdul. Chen Moonves has also worked with the CBS's New York City station WCBS as a reporter anchor, and anchor (1997-1999). Prior to joining CBS News at the beginning of 1995 Chen Moonves had been a reporter at WDTN TV Dayton. Prior to joining CBS News, Chen Moonves was a reporter for WDTN-TV Dayton (1995-1997). She also worked for ABC NewsOne from 1992-1995. In her desk-assistant role in the ABC News late night broadcast Nightline, she worked with Ted Koppel. He remains among her top journalists. Chen Moonves and Ted Koppel collaborated on Anatomy of a Riot - a primetime television special which won the Columbia du-Pont award - which looked at the Los Angeles riots of 1992.
